The film follows the story of the bank 'Pink Panther Diamond' but there is dangerous evidence of the thief and it may be a white glove that denotes the world-famous jewel thief, The Phantom. In this context, Inspector Clouseau is shown to understand this issue while he appears to be tracing his old enemy, Sir Charles Litton, as he begins his best efforts to prove that Litton was the one who committed these crimes.
